1. Introduction
Welcome to The Clean Team. We are a trusted provider of exterior cleaning and property maintenance services, including window cleaning, pressure washing, render and cladding cleaning, gutter repairs, and more throughout Newcastle and surrounding areas (20-mile radius of NE1).
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services. By engaging The Clean Team, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Our Services
The Clean Team offers the following services:
- Window Cleaning (Residential & Commercial)
- Gutter Clearing and Repairs
- Pressure Washing (Driveways, Patios, Paving)
- Render, Cladding, Fascia & Soffit Cleaning
- Full Exterior Maintenance Packages
We provide tailored solutions to suit both domestic and business properties. All services are delivered by trained and insured professionals.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the property and services required.
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the premises for our team.
- Comply with all relevant health and safety obligations.
- Notify The Clean Team of any changes to the agreed service in a timely manner.
4. Staff and Conduct
The Clean Team ensures that:
- All team members are properly trained and experienced.
- Staff will maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.
- Appropriate clothing and company identification will be worn while on site.
5. Liability
The Clean Team shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses resulting from cleaning delays or property issues outside our control.
- Events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, third-party actions, or equipment failure.
Our total liability will be limited to the value of the service contract unless agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Payment Terms
- All invoices are payable within 7 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise.
- Late payments may incur interest in line with UK regulations.
- Services may be suspended if payments remain overdue.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 14 days’ written notice. The Clean Team reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the following cases:
- Breach of any terms of the agreement by the client.
- Unsafe working conditions or risk to staff safety.
8. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. The Clean Team will not disclose any personal or property-related information to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
9. Insurance
The Clean Team holds full insurance coverage, including:
- Employer’s Liability
- Public Liability
Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
10. Compliance and Accreditation
We comply with all relevant UK health and safety regulations. Our team is trained to deliver services in line with industry best practices and environmental responsibility.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
